Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account registered in your own name and verified during KYC procedures. You must complete any applicable wagering requirements before requesting a withdrawal. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement is 30 times (30x) the bonus amount. For example, a Rp 100.000 bonus requires Rp 3.000.000 in total wagers before withdrawal. Different games contribute differently toward wagering requirements: slots contribute 100%, table games contribute 10-20%, and sports betting contributions vary by odds.
Bonuses must be used within the specified validity period, typically 30 days from the date of issue. Unused bonuses or bonuses with incomplete wagering requirements will expire and be removed from your account after the validity period ends.

All bets are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bets before confirmation. ash88 reserves the right to void bets if: (a) obvious errors occur in odds or event information; (b) technical malfunctions affect bet placement; (c) bets are placed after an event has started (for pre-match markets); or (d) fraudulent activity is detected.
Sports betting markets include football (BRI Liga 1, English Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, FIFA World Cup), basketball, badminton, volleyball, MotoGP, and other sports. Bets are settled based on official results at the conclusion of regular time unless otherwise stated. Extra time and penalty shootouts are not included unless explicitly specified in the market rules.
Live betting odds change rapidly based on game flow. ash88 reserves the right to suspend live betting markets at any time, particularly during significant game events (goals, red cards, penalties). Bets placed during suspension periods may be voided. Live betting outcomes are determined by official statistics providers, and ash88's decisions are final.

Results are considered final once officially published.
ash88 reserves the right to impose maximum winnings limits on individual bets, daily winnings, or promotional campaigns. Unless otherwise stated, the maximum payout per bet is Rp 500.000.000 (five hundred million Rupiah). Progressive jackpot payouts are subject to the specific terms of each game.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ash88's total liability to any Player for any claim arising from use of our services shall not exceed the amount deposited into the Player's account during the three months preceding the claim. ash88 is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

Upon termination, any remaining account balance will be returned to the Player, minus any bonuses or winnings obtained through prohibited activities.
Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered dormant. ash88 may charge a monthly dormant account fee of Rp 50.000 (fifty thousand Rupiah) or 5% of the account balance, whichever is less, until the account is reactivated or the balance reaches zero.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws applicable to ash88's licensing jurisdiction. To the extent permitted by law, Indonesian law shall apply to matters specific to Indonesian Players.
In the event of any dispute between you and ash88, you agree to first attempt resolution through our customer support channels. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration in accordance with international arbitration rules. Any arbitration shall be conducted in English.
